Research vessel delivered to Chinese Ministry of Natural Resources

A new ocean research and survey vessel was recently delivered to the Chinese Ministry of Natural Resources.

Xiangyanghong 21 has an LOA of 79.8 metres, a beam of 11.6 metres, a full load displacement of 1,925 tonnes, an endurance of 8,000 nautical miles, and a design speed of 15 knots.

The DP1 vessel is slated for operations in the East China Sea.
