Asis Boats delivers airport rescue RIB pair to Africa operator

UAE builder Asis Boats has delivered two new airport rescue and firefighting rigid inflatable boats (RIBs) to an unnamed customer in Africa.

The RIBs each have a length of 9.5 metres, two Yamaha 186kW outboard engines, and cabin seating for four crew.

Each boat also has a firefighting pump with an output of 1,200 litres of water per minute, a rescue notch for lifting divers and injured persons out of the water, and a 37-man inflatable liferaft.
