A new oil recovery landing craft has just departed Baltic Workboats' facilities in Estonia and is en route to its new owners in Romania.
The vessel has a length of 18.6 metres, a maximum speed of 25 knots, and a range of 350 nautical miles at 20 knots. In addition to being used for oil recovery, it may also be operated as a light cargo and personnel transport vessel.
The landing craft was ordered from Baltic Workboats by an unnamed customer. It is scheduled to arrive in Romania by the end of November.
