New pilot boat to serve Poland’s Szczecin-Swinoujscie region
Estonian builder Baltic Workboats has delivered a newbuild vessel to Szczecin Pilot, a Polish harbour pilots’ association that operates primarily in the Szczecin-Swinoujscie region.
The vessel has an LOA of 14.95 metres, a beam of 4.5 metres, a draught of 1.34 metres, a range of 270 nautical miles, and space for two crew and six passengers.
Two Volvo Penta D13 368kW engines give the pilot boat a speed of 27 knots.
