Australian operator Poseidon Sea Pilots will begin providing pilotage services at the Mooloolaba Marina on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast early next year.

The company will station its two newest pilot boats as well as their crews at Mooloolaba in the first quarter of 2022. The AU$2.5 million (US$1.8 million) boats are scheduled to be delivered in December 2021 and March 2022, respectively.

Poseidon will base two additional pilot boats at Scarborough and Brisbane as part of the company’s expansion of its Sunshine Coast operations.
