Australia’s Argonaut Marine merges with two other pilotage providers
Western Australia-based marine pilotage and logistics services provider Argonaut Marine Group has confirmed its merger with two other marine pilotage companies based in Queensland and Victoria, respectively.
Effective July 1, 2021, the new business formed by the merger of Argonaut with Australian Reef Pilots of Queensland and Australian Pilotage Group of Victoria will operate under the name Auriga Pilots.
The new business will be headquartered in Brisbane but will retain Argonaut’s WA office in Dampier.
