Another new pilot boat for New Zealand

Australia’s Hart Marine has just completed its most recent pilot boat, a 15.6-metre Pantocarene-designed vessel for PrimePort in New Zealand.

This is the first pilot vessel for PrimePort but Hart Marine’s second delivery into New Zealand. The first was for Lyttelton Port on the South Island. Kiwa will be operating out of Timaru port, also located on the South Island.

PrimePort had an opportunity to go out on the Hart pilot boat at Lyttelton and it was following that experience that they decided it was definitely the pilot boat they needed for their operation.
