Virginia’s Spotsylvania County gets new fire and rescue boat
Silver Ships of Mobile, Alabama, has delivered a new firefighting and rescue boat to the Spotsylvania Fire Department of Spotsylvania County, Virginia.
The 8.6-metre newbuild is powered by two Suzuki DF175AP 129kW outboard engines.
The boat is also equipped with a fire pump rated at 1,890 litres per minute, a FLIR camera, and a power-operated bow door.
