Ulstein unveils new Ro-Pax design

Ulstein has unveiled a new design for a Ro-Pax fitted with a wave-piercing bow.

The company claims the bow design will enable the vessel to sail at the same speed and under the same weather conditions while using less power compared to a conventional bow vessel.

The first vessels to utilise the unique bow design will likely be built in China, Ulstein said in a statement.
