Trinidad and Tobago operator welcomes new fast ferry to fleet

The National Infrastructure Development Company (NIDCO) of Trinidad and Tobago has taken delivery of a new high-speed Ro-Pax catamaran ferry built by Austal Vietnam.

The all-aluminium APT James has a length of 94 metres, capacity for 926 passengers and 250 cars, and a speed of 37.5 knots.

Among the vessel’s features is Austal’s proprietary motion control system that helps deliver a more comfortable and stable ride.
