Kegoya delivers first of two ferries in series to Chelsea Logistics

The Ro-Pax ferry Trans-Asia 20 has completed its delivery voyage to its new owners, Philippines-based Chelsea Logistics and Infrastructure Holdings Corporation (CLC).

Constructed by Kegoya Dock in Japan, the newbuild has a length of 98 metres and capacity for 740 passengers and up to 28 vehicles.

Trans-Asia 20 will be operated by CLC subsidiary Trans-Asia Shipping Lines (TASLI). The second and final vessel in the same series is currently under construction at Kegoya and is scheduled for delivery to CLC in April 2020.
