DFDS to launch Ireland-France freight service

DFDS will commence a new freight service between Dunkerque and the Irish port of Rosslare on January 2, 2021.

The route will initially be served by DFDS’ own Ro-Pax ferry Optima Seaways (pictured) and the chartered vessels Visby and Kerry.

There will be six weekly departures from each port and sailing time will be just under 24 hours. The first departure will be from Rosslare.
