Cemre delivers second electric ferry in series to Fjord1

Cemre Shipyard handed over a newbuild fully electric Ro-Pax ferry to Norwegian operator Fjord1 on Saturday, January 18.

Grip is the second ferry in a series that Cemre has built for Fjord1. The first vessel, Tustna, was delivered in December 2019.

The newbuild has a length of 95.6 metres, two 1,000kWh batteries, and capacity for 399 passengers and 80 cars.
