APFC’s newest ferry enters service

Philippine operator Archipelago Philippine Ferries Corporation (APFC) inaugurated its newest ferry into service on Monday, October 28.

Built by Hong Kong-based Bonny Fair Development to a Sea Transport Solutions design, FastCat M15 has an LOA of 50 metres, a beam of 18 metres, and capacity for 360 passengers and up to 40 vehicles.

The ferry will be deployed on APFC’s scheduled service between the provinces of Batangas and Oriental Mindoro.
