‘Norwegian Joy’ fitted with go-kart track

Norwegian Cruise Line’s next vessel ‘Norwegian Joy’ will feature a fully equipped premium Go-Kart track built by RiMO Supply, a German karts and track builder.

‘Norwegian Joy’ is currently under construction at Meyer Werft in Papenburg, Germany and will be designed for 3,900 guests.

The ship’s racetrack will be located on the ship’s upper decks, at a height of 60 metres, and will be equipped with 20 karts, a viewing platform, covered pit lane, workshop, storage room, timing system, floodlights and a track that reaches 230 metres in length.

Once operational, the ‘Norwegian Joy’ will home port in Shanghai and Tianjin, China.
