Jianglong Shipbuilding wins order for fast tour boat

Chinese operator Sanya Blue Trunkline Tourism Development has awarded Jianglong Shipbuilding a contract for the construction of a new high-speed aluminium alloy passenger vessel.

The tour boat will have an LOA of 53.2 metres, a beam of 9.8 metres, capacity for 270 passengers, and a speed of 26 knots.

The vessel will be designed with the cooperation of Austal Australia.
