Jianglong Shipbuilding floats out 40-metre tour boat

China’s Jianglong Shipbuilding recently launched a new passenger vessel ordered by local operator Ningbo Xiangshan Ocean Leisure Tourism Development.

Named Yuguangqu 19, the aluminium-hulled catamaran vessel will have an LOA of 40.5 metres, a beam of 11.5 metres, seating for up to 196 passengers, and a speed of 17 knots.

Design work on Yuguangqu 19 was provided by Ningbo Haixing Ship Design.
