Armstrong Marine delivers catamaran to Nimmo Bay resort

Fathom, an 11-metre-by-four-metre asymmetric catamaran, was delivered to Nimmo Bay Wilderness Resort by Armstrong Marine.

Armstrong Marine partnered with Jutson Marine design to expand the resort's fleet in 2018.

Twin Yamaha 260kW outboards, paired with SeaStar Pro steering, power the vessel. The vessel is built to Transport Canada standards.

Fathom accommodates 8 passengers and features shock-mitigating seats, shower head and interior heating. The catamaran recorded a 43-knot top speed with a comfortable 30 knot cruising speed.
