Jianglong delivers high-speed ferry to Philippine operator
Jianglong Shipbuilding has delivered a newbuild high-speed catamaran to Philippine ferry operator Jomalia Shipping Corporation.
Named Maica 5, the vessel has an aluminium-glass composite hull, an LOA of 32 metres, a beam of nine metres, capacity for 158 passengers, and a speed of 26 knots.
The newbuild has already begun serving Jomalia’s ferry route between the towns of Consuelo and Mactan in Cebu province.
