SunStone Ships’ fifth Infinity-class vessel hits the water

US-based cruise company SunStone Ships has confirmed that its fifth Infinity-class expedition vessel has been floated out at the Haimen shipyard of China Merchants Heavy Industry (CMHI).

Following its delivery, Ocean Odyssey will join sister vessel Ocean Explorer in sailing worldwide on year-round expedition cruises for Vantage Deluxe World Travel.

Like its earlier sister, Ocean Odyssey measures 341 by 59 feet (104 by 18 metres) and will be able to accommodate 162 guests in 77 cabins.
