Royal Caribbean orders sixth Oasis-class ship

Oasis of the Seas, the first Oasis-class ship

Royal Caribbean Cruises has placed an order for a sixth Oasis-class ship with French builder Chantiers de l’Atlantique.

The yet unnamed vessel is scheduled for delivery in 2023.

The new vessel will have a displacement of 231,000 tonnes, a length of 360 metres, a width of 47 metres, and capacity for up to 6,296 passengers and crew.
