Regent Seven Seas names new cruise ship

Seven Seas Splendor has been chosen from 2600 unique suggestions as the name of Regent Seven Seas’ second Explorer-class ship.

Scheduled for delivery in the first quarter of 2020, Seven Seas Splendor is an all-suite, all-balcony ship with a gross tonnage of 55,254 and capacity of 750 guests.

Regent Seven Seas Cruises sought name suggestions from travel agents, guests and employees for the ship’s name in a sweepstakes held in September.  

A sister ship to the 2016-launched Seven Seas Explorer, Seven Seas Splendor will accommodate 750 guests.
