Lindblad Expeditions-National Geographic officially launched the newest addition to its fleet, National Geographic Venture, at a dockside christening ceremony in San Francisco Bay on November 30.
Following the ceremony, the ship embarked on a two-night mini expedition along the US Pacific coast.
Constructed by Nichols Brothers Boat Builders, the 50-cabin National Geographic Venture is the second newbuild in the Lindblad Expeditions fleet following the delivery of sister vessel National Geographic Quest in 2017.
