Keel laid for new Viking Cruises ship
Fincantieri laid the keel for a new cruise ship at its Ancona facilities on Thursday, February 4.
Once completed, Viking Mars will have a gross tonnage of 47,800 and 465 cabins for housing 930 guests.
The ship will be the eighth in a series that Fincantieri will deliver to Viking. It is scheduled to be handed over to its new owners in 2022.
