Fincantieri signs MOA with Princess Cruises for two cruise ships

Fincantieri has signed a memorandum of agreement with Princess Cruises, a subsidiary of Carnival Corporation, for the construction of two 175,000-tonne cruise ships.

The vessels will accommodate approximately 4,300 guests and will be dual-fuel powered primarily by LNG and fossil fuel.

Fincantieri has built 85 cruise ships since 1990, 65 of which were for Carnival’s different brands.
