Fincantieri lays keel for Regent Seven Seas cruise ship

On June 28, 2018, Fincantieri held the keel laying ceremony for a super luxury cruise ship that is being built for Regent Seven Seas Cruises at its Ancona shipyard.

The 55,000GT Seven Seas Splendor will provide accommodation for 750 passengers.

The vessel’s sister ship, Seven Seas Explorer, was delivered by Fincantieri at the Sestri Ponente shipyard in 2016.

Delivery is scheduled for 2020.
