Cruise ship Pacific Princess sold to unnamed buyer

Princess Cruises has confirmed the sale of the vessel Pacific Princess to an undisclosed buyer.

The 670-guest ship was originally built in 1999 for Norway-based Renaissance Cruises and was acquired by Princess Cruises in 2002.

Although smaller than many of the other ships in the Princess Cruises fleet, Pacific Princess nonetheless boasted many of the dining and entertainment options available on its larger contemporaries in the same fleet.
