Fincantieri cuts steel for seventh ship for Viking
Fincantieri held a steel-cutting ceremony at its Ancona facilities on Monday, March 18, for the seventh ship ordered from the company by Viking Cruises.
Like its recently delivered sister Viking Jupiter (pictured), the new ship will have a displacement of 43,000 tonnes and 465 cabins accommodating up to 930 passengers.
The vessel is scheduled for delivery in 2021.
