Viking Supply Ships, in partnership with funds managed by Borealis Maritime, has entered into a contract to purchase two platform supply vessels (PSVs) currently under construction.
In addition to the partial ownership, Viking Supply has been awarded full operational and commercial management of the vessels by Borealis Maritime.
The two new vessels belong to the same PSV series and will be completed by Remontowa Shipbuilding in Gdansk, Poland. Deliveries will take place in the fourth quarter of 2020 and the first quarter of 2021.
