DOF bags two vessel contracts

DOF Subsea Group has been awarded a contract by an operator within the UK Continental Shelf (UKCS) sector to decommission subsea infrastructure in the third quarter of 2019.

The works will be undertaken by Skandi Skansen (pictured) together with DOF-owned anchor handling tug supply (AHTS) vessels. This is the second award with the same operator in as many months in the decommissioning segment.

Meanwhile, DOF Rederi, a wholly owned subsidiary of DOF, has signed a five-year contract for the platform supply vessel (PSV) Skandi Feistein with Esso Australia.

The contract for Skandi Feistein will commence in second half 2019.
