Petrobras deal buoys DOF Subsea

Petrobras Brazil has awarded DOF Subsea with a three-year firm contract for the provision of the diving support vessel Skandi Achiever and remotely operated underwater vehicles (ROV) and diving services.

The contract, which includes a two-year extension option, is split into a time charter element for the vessel and marine management services and service elements for the provision of ROV and diving services.

The 2007-built Skandi Achiever, which measures 105.9 metres by 21 metres, accommodates 100 people.
