Kreuz Subsea charters DSV Seamec Princess

India-based Seamec has entered into a charter contract for the diving support vessel (DSV) Seamec Princess with Kreuz Subsea.

The 123.4-metre LOA Seamec Princess will carry out work at the inner anchorage of Mumbai High.

The US$1.26 million contract, which started on March 7, is for a firm period of 45 days. There is also an option for extension.

Equipped with a 12-man saturation diving system certified for 300 MSW, the 1984-built vessel provides shore-based maintenance, removal and installations, platform, riser and pipeline repairs, inspection and survey, subsea constructions, anode installations, remotely operated underwater vehicle (ROV) and grouting operations, and hook-up jobs.
