Atlantic Wind Transfers orders Blount Boats crewboat pair

US crew transfer operator Atlantic Wind Transfers has placed an order for two crewboats in a series from Blount Boats.

UK-based Chartwell Marine will design the two vessels, each of which will have a length of 19.8 metres and will be modified to comply with legislation protecting the migration route of the protected North Atlantic right whale off the US north-eastern seaboard.

Delivery is scheduled for 2020.
