Icon Offshore AHTS secures one-year charter

An anchor handling tug supply (AHTS) vessel operated by Malaysia’s Icon Offshore has commenced work for an unnamed oil company under a contract valued at approximately RM18.2 million (US$4.3 million).

The contract has a firm period of one year plus an option to extend by one year at the discretion of the client.

The scope of work includes support for offshore projects and well activities.
