Deep Sea Supply sells 2011-built supply ship

Solstad Farstad subsidiary Deep Sea Supply Shipowning has sold an anchor handling tug supply (AHTS) vessel to an unknown buyer.

Built in 2011, the 5,000kW Sea Jackal is 63 metres long and has a deadweight of 1,884 tonnes.

Delivery of the vessel to the new owner took place on Wednesday, June 20, 2018.

The sale of the vessel will result in a minor negative accounting effect for Solstad’s second quarter of 2018.
