Solstad wins Ørsted contract in Taiwan

Solstad Offshore has entered into an agreement with Ørsted for hire of the construction support vessel (CSV) Normand Jarl.

The CSV will support Ørsted on its Greater Changhua 1 and 2a Offshore Wind Farm projects in Taiwan.

The contract has a firm period of 15 months and an optional five extensions of one month each. Commencement is scheduled for the second quarter of 2021.
