Solstad secures bareboat charter for Norce Endeavour
Solstad Offshore has entered into a bareboat charter contract with Saipem subsidiary Saipem Portugal Commercio Maritimo for the pipelay vessel Norce Endeavour.
The contract commenced on Thursday, January 2, and has a firm duration until May 31, 2021, with an optional period of a further five months.
As part of the bareboat charter contract, Saipem Portugal has the option, at its discretion and subject to, among others, Saipem’s internal approvals, to purchase Norce Endeavour.
