Oceanteam, Bourbon sell construction support vessel

Offshore joint venture partners Oceanteam and Bourbon have reached an agreement to sell the construction support vessel (CSV) Bourbon Oceanteam 101 to an undisclosed buyer.

The sale will be completed upon the vessel’s delivery to its new owners in July 2021.

Oceanteam chairman Keesjan Cordia said the sale of Bourbon Oceanteam 101 and other assets will relieve the company from its liabilities, create additional liquidity, and facilitate the company’s transition towards the offshore renewables market.
