The company has also been contracted to convert LNG Flora, a former gas carrier operated by NYK Line, into a 127,000-cubic-metre floating storage unit (FSU) for Gasfin Development of Germany.

Lastly, a contract has been awarded by Singapore’s BW LNG for upgrading works to be carried out on the 173,400-cubic-metre FSRU BW Magna.

All three projects will be completed at Sembcorp Marine’s Admiralty Yard, for delivery between the end of this year and February 2020.
