Energean Power FPSO hull floated out at COSCO Shipyards
The hull of the floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel Energean Power has been floated out at the Zhoushan facilities of COSCO Shipyards.
Additional construction works have begun on the hull in preparation for integration of the topsides later in the fourth quarter of 2019. The topsides are currently under construction at the Admiralty Yard of Singapore’s Sembcorp Marine.
Energean Oil and Gas is set to deploy the FPSO to the Karish Development in the Mediterranean Sea offshore Israel in time to deliver first gas in the first quarter of 2021.
