Pacific Drilling secures 10-well contract in Gulf of Mexico

Luxembourg-based Pacific Drilling has been selected by Murphy Oil to provide drilling services in the US Gulf of Mexico.

The contract is for 10 wells firm plus five optional wells and will utilise Pacific Sharav.

Commencement of the project is expected in the second quarter of 2021.
