Singapore company Ezion Holdings, through wholly owned subsidiary Teras Pneuma, has entered into a memorandum of agreement (MOA) with British Virgin Islands-based EBO Investment Holdings regarding the sail of the self-elevating wind turbine installation vessel Teras Ocean.

The vessel will be sold for a total cash consideration of US$18.5 million.

Teras Ocean was originally completed in 2016 at the facilities of Nantong Jiaolong Heavy Industry Development in China. It is equipped with one pedestal-mounted crane with 600-tonne maximum lifting capacity and one articulating arm crane with 600-kilogram lifting capacity.
