Borr Drilling, through a wholly-owned subsidiary, has sold the jackup rigs Dhabi II and Paragon B152 to an unnamed customer..Borr Drilling will continue to operate the rigs under a services agreement with the same customer..The rigs were sold for a total consideration of US$15.8 million.
