Golden Energy Offshore awarded contract extensions for PSV pair

Golden Energy Offshore Services has secured contract extensions for two of its platform supply vessels (PSVs).

The first is an extension for Energy Swan (pictured) awarded by Wintershall Norge. The extension is in direct continuation of a charter originally awarded in 2013 and with a firm period of four years plus options totaling five years.

Energy Swan‘s new firm period with Wintershall will now be until November 30, 2019. Options are still available to charter the vessel up until November 30, 2021.

The second extension is for Energy Scout, which has been under contract with Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company (SNEPCO). The firm period for Energy Scout is now until January 20, 2020 after SNEPCO exercised a six-month extension.
