Sanmar delivers utility boat to local operator

A Robert Allan Ltd-designed utility boat has been delivered by Turkey’s Sanmar Shipyards to local operator Düzgit Group.

The vessel will provide crew transfer, marine contracting and construction, cargo transport, light towing, and anchor handling services around Istanbul in the Bosporus area.

The utility boat has an LOA of 19.8 metres, a moulded beam of seven metres, a moulded depth of 2.8 metres, a navigational draught of 1.8 metres, seating for four crew and 12 passengers, and a speed of 11.5 knots.
