TechnipFMC awarded North Sea and Brazil contracts

TechnipFMC has been awarded an integrated engineering, procurement, construction, and installation (EPCI) contract from Neptune Energy for the Duva and Gjøa P1 projects located in the Norwegian sector of the North Sea at a water depth of 375 metres.

The contract covers the delivery and installation of subsea equipment including umbilicals, rigid flowlines, and a subsea production system.

The company has also been awarded a contract for Lapa field by Total E&P do Brasil on behalf of the Lapa Field Consortium comprised of Total, Shell Brasil Petróleo, Repsol Sinopec Brasil, and Petrobras.

The Lapa field is located in the pre-salt Santos Basin, under the BM-S-9A concession, at a water depth of 2,150 metres offshore Brazil.

The contract covers the supply of flexible pipes for oil production, gas lift, and gas injection as well as associated accessories.

The field will be connected to the floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel Cidade de Caraguatatuba (pictured), which is already in operation.
