Eidesvik secures new contract and two extensions

Norwegian offshore construction company Eidesvik has been awarded a contract by a CGG subsidiary for Veritas Viking (pictured). The contract is fixed for five months with options and will begin at the end of November 2018.

Eidesvik has also secured a contract extension wherein Viking Neptun will continue to work with Merkur Offshore until the middle of May 2019 with subsequent options.

Lastly, the company’s contract with Siemens Gamesa for Acergy Viking has been extended for a year and is now fixed until the end of January 2021 with options until the end of August.
