Royal Navy orders ASW training AUV from Saab

Saab has received an order to provide the UK Royal Navy with the AUV62-AT anti-submarine warfare (ASW) training system.

Developed in collaboration with UK-based QinetiQ, the AUV62-AT is an autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) system designed to provide training for Royal Navy ASW units in a wide range of scenarios.

Delivery is expected to take place within the year.
