The NOAA Fisheries Office of Law Enforcement (OLE) recently took delivery of four new patrol boats in a series from Louisiana-based Metal Shark Boats.

The 26-foot (7.92-metre) newbuilds will join four other 36-foot (11-metre) offshore vessels in the OLE fleet. This brings the total number of vessels in the OLE patrol fleet to eight, all of which were supplied by Metal Shark.

The newer OLE boats each have a Garmin radar, a Teledyne FLIR rotating thermal camera, and two Mercury outboards.
