New fisheries patrol boat arrives at Milford Marina
The Welsh Government has taken delivery of a newbuild fisheries patrol vessel for operation in Wales’ Milford Marina.
Rhodri Morgan is one of a planned five fisheries patrol vessels to be delivered to the Welsh Government in 2019.
The 75-tonne, 26-metre monohull vessel was built by Mainstay Marine Solutions of Pembroke Dock.
Lady Megan, a 19-metre catamaran-type fisheries patrol vessel also built by Mainstay, is set to be launched within the month.
